Description:
Rosevanion is a large Victorian House, with light spacious comfortable rooms, which have tea and coffee making facilities, and colour T.V. One room has en-suite facilities and a very large bed and the other has a shower and basin in the room with private toilet which also contains a shower and basin, giving you the use of two showers, and a king size bed.T here are lovely views to the rear of the house that take in the estuary and surrounding countryside which you will be able to enjoy at breakfast.
The rooms are en-suite with colour TV and tea and coffee making facilities. The rooms have stripped pine and feature fireplaces with very comfortable beds to ensure that you get a good rest. In the morning you will receive a full English breakfast, but if you are vegetarian or are on a special diet that is no problem.
The double room has a 5 foot double bed with en-suite shower and basin with private toilet, which also has a shower and basin, there is a colour T.V and tea and coffee making facilities.
The self-contained apartment is very spacious with two bedrooms, one double and one twin with an ajoining shower room, which has a double size shower, toilet and basin, it has an entrance from both rooms.
There is a comfortable sitting room and large kitchen diner with glimpses of the estuary, from the kitchen a door leads to the walled garden which has views of the surrounding countryside. There is a bus stop just a few yards from the apartment and the Newquay airport is 20minutes drive away. Shopping in the small but well stocked Tesco supermarket is walking distance and the camel trail where you can hire bikes or walk, is just down the road. There is also parking right outside available.
Padstow is an ideal spot from which to explore the whole of Cornwall Landsend is about 1hour 20 minutes, the Eden Project is about 45 minutes, not to mention all the lovely beaches that are just 5-10 minutes from Padstow.
