Enjoy a stay at one of two comfortable Wine Country homes on Twin Towers River Ranch, seven landscaped acres with 600 feet of shoreline on the Russian River in the heart of Sonoma County Vineyards. The Ranch is a mile from Historic Healdsburg Plaza, featuring wonderful shops and gourmet dining, plus concerts every Sunday.
River Ranch House (circa 1863) overlooking the river, is a spacious home that has been newly remodeled and comfortably furnished. Four bedrooms, all with queen-sized beds (plus a double hide-a-bed in the master bedroom), and five baths allow the home to sleep 10 people in ultimate comfort. The 630-square-foot chef's kitchen, fully equipped with a six-burner Decor stove, double oven, and river rock fireplace, has a cathedral ceiling and glass wall with river views. A high-definition satellite television, stereo, VCR, phone, and computer with DSL Internet access give this river-side home practicality plus modern convenience. The wraparound front porch and massive Victorian deck and stairway leading to the two-acre river camp, lagoon, and boat dock give way to a wonderful wine country vacation.
The Oak Tree House has been masterfully renovated as a private vacation cottage for up to six people. You are welcomed by a river rock fountain and beautifully landscaped gardens. Each of the two bedrooms has a balcony and new queen-sized bed, while the living room has two double futons. The home has a large bath with double sinks, shower, and six-jet sunken whirlpool bath. The cupola-ceilinged kitchen/dining room is fully equipped and has plate-glass views of vineyards and the River. French doors lead to a comfortable deck (featuring a barbecue grill) surrounding a live oak tree.
Enjoy the very private beach camp on the Russian River, just 100 feet to swimming, fishing, boating, and canoeing, or just plain relaxing with beach chairs, hammocks, tiki bar, barbecue grill, and dock. The homes have mature fruit trees, rolling lawns, ponds and fountains, and views of the vineyard, river, and historic Fitch Mountain. The Pacific Ocean, redwood forests, and Lake Sonoma are all within a 30-minute drive.
Healdsburg, tucked between three lush valleys and surrounded by over 70 wineries, has been compared to the finest wine-growing regions of France and Italy. The rolling golden hills and mild climate are identical to the Tuscan Wine region of Italy. Twin Towers River Ranch makes a wonderful base for exploring the many attractions of Sonoma and Napa counties.

Our family had a wonderful week in the beautiful wine country at River Ranch House. The four bedroom home is right on the Russian River with a private beach camp, dock and canoes. What a great vacation for our family of 16 people. We were very comfortable, well be back!!!
