Description:
The Richmond Park Hotel is a family run hotel with a very homely and friendly atmosphere. We took over the hotel 18 months ago utilising the existing good reputation and refining it to make it our own. We now pride ourselves in the changes that we have brought here.
We have refurbished and redecorated a large percentage of the hotel including varied adaptations to accommodate our disabled guests. Upgrading all of the bedrooms within the hotel to offer comfortable, clean accommodation. Also, upgrading our public areas to create a contemporary feel whilst still retaining the homely and friendly atmosphere that the hotel is renowned for. We have built a very good reputation for fine food and wine due to our excellent chefs and we continue to work hard to maintain that reputation.
The hotel is perfectly situated for business or leisure guests with access to either the city or the countryside within minutes. We provide a refreshing choice of bar areas, including a stylish dining restaurant; an adaptable function suite (holding up to 75 people); a pleasant conservatory enjoying stunning views over the Forth, and a contemporary lounge bar where you can enjoy a quiet relaxing drink.
Providing 46 bedrooms comprising 6 family, 22 twin, 16 doubles, 1 single, and 1 honeymoon suite. All bedrooms within the hotel are en-suite and have television and tea/coffee making facilities. All of our rooms have been freshly decorated and 11 of the twin rooms are on the ground floor and 5 are designed to assist disabled guests. The honeymoon suite has a canopied bed and enjoys uninterrupted views over the river Forth and Ochil Hills in Fife.
The business traveller can enjoy comfortable surroundings, fine dining and easy access to the city centre and ring road. The Conference Room offers an ideal setting for private meetings. Bedroom facilities include:- en suite shower, colour TV, tea and coffee making, direct dial telephone, trousers press, desk and hair dryer. The hotel also offers residents a comfortable lounge to relax in after a days shopping, golfing or sightseeing around Scotland's capital city and surrounding area.
We cater for business and leisure clientele. Theatre Breaks, Golf Breaks and Weekend Breaks are a speciality, with many great offers and experiences arranged for you. Our family run hotel offers a range of single, double or twin rooms as well as two suites, all of which have ensuite facilities. The Bar is open daily to resident and non-residents, and has a well stocked bar with a varied selection of beers and real ales - which with friendly staff adds to the charm that awaits you.
