This small motel was built 25 years ago just outside the town walls. The Motel also has free private parking, which is a hugh bonus in this town.
ROOMS:
All rooms have en-suite shower rooms, with tea/coffee trays and coloured televions with freeview.
Ironing facilities and hairdryers are availble from reception as are alarm clock.
Travel cots are availble to hire.

No food or breakfast is availble on the premises, so the ideal place to stay if you trying to be good.
SPECIAL OFFERS:
Special offer for staying on a sunday night if you stay includes the Friday and Saturday night or just the Saturday night. (Not including bank holiday weekends or single rooms)

BUS/TRAIN:
Once you get of either the bus or train, walk to the top of the station road (one way traffic), turn left at the top of road and we are a little bit along on the left hand side.
CAR:
Once you get to Rye, you need to follow the signs for Rye Town Centre, when you pass Budgens/Jempsons supermarket which is on your right, get into the left hand lane and at the top of road turn left and we are a little bit along the road on the left hand side, Private parking is at the back of the Motel. Back door is marked Motel to bring your bags in.
ARRIVIALS:
All arrivials need to be in between 10-30am - 6pm or later by arrangment (latest arrival 8pm), these times vary during the winter months.

We accept all major credit card, Payment is due on arrivial.
