Surrounded by working fruit farms with no other houses within 500 meters, yet only a 5 minute drive to the still very Portuguese town of Tavira.

Jane & John will be your hosts to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.
There are 4 letting rooms, 2 double with double doors to your terrace and 2 twin bedded rooms, all with En-Suite shower rooms & A/C, TV, Safe, Hairdrier & Tea/Coffee Tray.

There is a Guest Lounge/Dining Room where complimentary Tea & Coffee can be made,
Cold drinks are also available, outside the Lounge there is a pergola covered terrace and outside kitchen where Janes tasty breakfast can be served.

The Pool is 9m x 5m and heated by solar panels, with a child safe fence for peace of mind.
Ample parking is available to the rear of the Villa.

Both hot water & electricity are produced by Solar Panels to reduce Global Warming.
There is a 30% discount for single occupancy of rooms.
