Booked this break on line so did not know what to expect but what a pleasant surprise Arrived at the Queensland and we where greeted by the owners in a very friendly manner and offered a guide map of Whitby whilst been shown to our charming room room was very modern and contempory with a brand new bathroom and all anyone could expect Breakfast was excellent with a very good selection of fresh fruit's cereals followed by copious amounts of tea or coffee followed by a good old fashioned English breakfast Over all a very pleasant and enjoyable stay and I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone David and Hilary thanks for a wonderful break we shall be back
