Welcome to Poynings Manor Farm a bed and breakfast located in the heart of the South Downs. Whether you are after a quiet weekend away taking in the local countryside and pubs or somewhere to explore and enjoy the whole range of activities that the South Downs has to offer then Manor Farm is perfect. Whatever you decide to do, your hosts, Carol and Maurice Revell, will ensure you have a highly enjoyable and comfortable stay in the traditional Manor Farmhouse.

Located only 25 minutes from Gatwick Airport and just under an hour from central London, Manor Farm is the ideal location for a break to escape from the hustle and bustle of your working life. Manor Farm has 3 bedrooms available - 2 twin rooms and one double. All rooms have en-suite showers and toilets apart from one of the twin rooms which is one door down from a full bathroom. Each room has tea and coffee making facilities, an alarm clock and a colour television.

Booking in advance is always recommended especially during special events (e.g. Hickstead, Brighton Conferences) and Bank Holiday weekends. Please contact us to make a booking. Manor Farm tries where possible to fully accept all guests regardless of mobility but please bear in mind that the bedrooms in the farmhouse are all located upstairs and access would be difficult for guests who have difficulty climbing fairly steep stairs.

Manor Farm is located in the village of Poynings which is about 5 miles North of Brighton, West Sussex. By road it is approximately 25 minutes away from London Gatwick aiport and 10 minutes away from Brighton City Centre. Due to the remote village location of Manor Farm it is recommended that you visit by car/motorbike but if you wish to travel by public transport then the nearest train station is Hassocks (10 minutes by taxi - approximately £10) and the nearest bus station is Brighton. There is a limited bus service between Brighton and Poynings (10 minute walk to bus stop) and also Brighton and Devils Dyke (20 minute walk).
