Description:
This fine Georgian house is peacefully situated amidst colourful gardens, including an impressive avenue of mature beech trees. Individually furnished bedrooms display a great deal of style, as do the comfortable public rooms, including the dining room where Chris Chown and his team make good use of the fine produce available locally.
Established in 1986 by chris and Gunna Chown, Plas Bodegroes has been at the top of Wales' restaurant scene for many years. This lovely building stands in its own secluded grounds on the wild Llyn Peninsula, on the far north west of Wales. Our bedrooms are all individually designed, and overlook the gardens. All are non-smoking with ensuite, Flatscreen digital TV with 40 Freeview channels, phone and CD Player. All mattresses are pocket sprung, bedlinen is Egyptian cotton and duvets are goose-down - please let us know if you have any allergy in this respect. Please note that midweek breaks are not available in August. We are closed on Sunday and Monday nights except for Bank Holidays.
The garden door leads from the bar onto the splendid south facing verandah. The cast iron columns are almost contemporary with the house and as such, are possibly the earliest in Wales. We are located in the Llyn Peninsula. A wild landscape of unspoilt natural scenery, ringed by a stunning coastline. Designated an area of aoutstanding natural beauty, this is great walking country.
Plas Bodegroes stands in its own grounds on the Llyn Peninsula, on the far north west of Wales. We are situated 1 mile west of Pwllheli on the A497 Nefyn Road. As you reach our blue sign, take the first drive sharp left. Please note that if you put our postcode LL53 5TH into your sat nav it will take you 300 yards past our turning and into the village of Efainewydd, which shares our postcode!
