Pebbles is a modern Self Catering ground floor flat ideal for a family holiday. At the front there is a large grassed area for parking two cars and for children to play or for sunbathing. The safe sandy beach is less than a minute away and the town centre and amenities are approximately a 10 minute walk away. The property is fully double glazed and carpeted throughout and comprises:-
Entrance door into lounge/dining room with comfortable seating and dining furniture. Separate kitchen with full sized oven, and fridge with freezer compartment. Fully equipped with microwave, kettle, toaster and all necessary kitchen equipment.
One double bedroom (sleeps 2) with a 4ft 6" standard size double bed. Large built-in wardrobe with ample hanging and storage space with coat hangers. Alarm clock. Electric wall heater. Second bedroom (sleeps 3) with one set of standard 3ft bunk beds and one standard 3ft wide single bed. Built in wardrobe with ample hanging and shelf space with coat hangers. Electric wall heater.
The bedrooms are equipped with standard size quilts, pillows, blankets. A sofa bed in the lounge converts to a double bed (sleeps 2) and is equipped with a standard double quilt, pillows and blankets.
Bathroom with bath, over-bath electric shower, washbasin, WC, shaver point with light and electric wall heater. The flat is equipped with an iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, garden furniture and a windbreak. The lounge is equipped with a colour TV, Freeview Digital Box, DVD/CD player, Video recorder and a radio cassette. Electric wall heater.
A selection of books, games, videos, CD's and DVD's are also provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with all crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils and cleaning products required.
