Pasture Bottom Farm is situated at the head of the Rossendale Valley on the Lancashire - Yorkshire border. It is set in an elevated position with panoramic views. It is a working beef farm with a herd of pedigree limousin cattle.
We are within a short distance from the main road on a private lane, and with no passing traffic peace and tranquillity will enhance your stay at this relaxing farmhouse.
Enjoy your evenings in the oak beamed lounge or sit peacefully in the conservatory.
All rooms are centrally heated with individually thermostatic controlled radiators.
The Rossendale way is adjacent to our land and together with other shorter walks in the area it is an ideal base for ramblers. Being in the heart of the Pennines and close to the motorway network, day trips to the coast, Lake District, Yorkshire Dales and the new Trafford Centre are within driving distance.
Within the Rossendale area there are numerous mill shops selling shoes, clothing, fabrics, bedding and many other goods. There is a Steam Railway, a large Dry Ski Slope, Sports complex and several museums.
