We stayed two nights during a cycle tour of Orkney in June. Mrs Fischler ensured that our bikes were in secure accommodation (a facility not always available in B&B). We were made to feel very welcome and the breakfast was excellent. The bedroom decor was a little "tired" compared with other B&B of a similar price range. Would use it again? Yes.

This was a clean, efficient guest house with a nicely cooked breakfast and a central location. The staff/owners were friendly and considerate. There was coffee, tea and nice cookies in the rooms. The ferry terminal is a five minute walk from here. It was very convenient. I would stay here again. The only problem was on the third night, there were very loud people going up and down the stairs for about 30 minutes at approximately 11 pm. (I wish that someone had told them to stop--I went into the hallway in my nightgown and this had no effect). Otherwise this place was very quiet and nice.

Rooms were very nice lady that owns it was really nice left to come and go as you pleased also got to use a kitchen and dining room. very enjoyable stay and a really good price. top marks

Although our stay was brief it was quite enjoyable. It's a lovely place and host very friendly. I'd highly recommend!
