Bill and Eileen McBain have been providing comfortable bed and breakfast accommodation with Scottish hospitality in their bb guest house in Alyth for almost twenty five years. Expect personal service and the same STB Four Star facilities found in Scotland's quality hotels.
Twice since 1995 Old Stables has been elected for Glenturret - Perthshire Tourism Awards. 'Best Bed and Breakfast and Warmest Welcome.' S.T.B four star inspected Classified and Graded.
All comfortable bed and breakfast rooms have either King size, twin or double beds, hairdryer, en-suite shower or jacuzzi bath, toilet and wash basin. Ruthven, a ground floor double / twin bedroom with en-suite whirlpool bath, spacious shower, toilet etc.opening to a south facing garden with seating. The spacious Loyal bedroom now has a superking size bed and jacuzzi with large shower enclosure in an en-suite bathroom. This room overlooks the front of the house. Strathmore, an upper twin or superking bedroom with a good sized en-suite shower room. Drying, ironing, tea, coffee tray, log fire and large enclosed gardens with seating add to the ambience of our comfortable family home.
