The hall dates from 1872 and is set in secluded grounds, with over nine acres of tranquil gardens and woodland. The original 'Hall' of Northop has been tastefully modernised, retaining the oak panelling, majestic Canadian pine staircase, stained glass windows and the traditional hospitality. ROOMS:
From our luxurious Four poster rooms through to our Single rooms, all are en-suite and superbly furnished and appointed to provide you with every comfort. Hospitality trays, hairdryers direct dial telephones, television, radio, alarm,limited room service availability (24 hours) and a night porter for that extra feeling of security and to cater for late arrivals.

RESTAURANT:
For fine food our candlelit restaurant provides excellent dining facilities using only the freshest of local produce. Our hotel chef, and his team offer an exceptional array of imaginative dishes, both on our Bistro & Lounge menus, subject to availability, and to complment your meal you can choose from a selection of fine wines from our extensive wine list.

From an intimate table for two in our dining room, to a private supper for 12 in the library, to a celebration party for 70 diners in our garden suite - we can adapt to suit your individual requirements. Our newly opened Terrace Room with it's own patio, serves a 'Lighter Bite' menu and you can even dine 'al fresco' weather permitting!

LOCATION & DIRECTIONS:
Bordering the A55 expressway to Wales, Northop Hall is situated approx 15 minutes drive from Chester or Mold, the county town of Flintshire, and only half an hours drive from Manchester, Liverpool or the Snowdonia National Park. We are just south of Northophall Village which dates back to Celtic times and close to the ancient fortress of Ewloe.

Apart from the stunning scenery there is plenty to do around the hotel, with 8 golf courses within 10 minutes drive, the Theatre Clwyd at Mold and the Gateway Theatre in the Roman Cathedral City of Chester. There is Ice skating at the Deeside Sports complex, fishing, shooting and horse riding nearby.

From CHESTER
Follow A55 - A494 to North Wales/Queensferry
After the long sweeping bend keep in left hand lane and take the first exit to Buckley/St David's Park.
Take 1st exit from roundabout. Take first right to Northop Hall. After approx 2 miles bear left at mini roundabout.
The Hotel is 200 yards on left.

From NORTH WALES
Follow A55 towards Chester. Two miles after Flint/Mold turnoff take exit to Northop Hall.
Immediately turn right at the signpost for Ewloe.
The Hotel entrance is half a mile on the right.

From M56
Follow A5117/A494 towards Chester/North Wales past Queensferry exit. Exit at Buckley/St David's Park.
Take 1st exit from the roundabout. Take first right to Northop Hall.
Approx 2 miles bear left at mini roundabout.
The Hotel entrance is 200 yards on the left.
