New Farm House lies two miles south west of the small village of Bolney in the heart of the Sussex countryside. It is conveniently close to all the main arterial roads (A23/M23 and A272).
Gatwick airport is only fifteen minutes away whilst the glorious South Downs and Sussex coast are equally close by. Central London is 40 miles by road and 45 minutes by rail from Haywards Heath (6 miles). making it very accessible.
Located centrally in Sussex New Farm House is within easy reach of many interesting places and makes it an ideal centre for touring. Spend some time visiting the charming Sussex villages close by and search out those wonderful Sussex country pubs!
New Farm House, offering bed and breakfast, is a charming traditional style farmhouse built 25 years ago. New Farm House offers centrally heated accommodation and the bedrooms have been equipped with every comfort to provide a peaceful refuge away from the stresses and strains of every day life Every double bedroom has a private shower room with full en-suite facilities. A beverage tray is provided. All bedrooms are non smoking.
There is ample car parking and with Gatwick so close New Farmhouse makes an excellent starting and finishing point for your holiday. Park your car for a week or two and we can arrange transfers to and from the airport. We do not serve an evening meal, but we can recommend a number of good restaurants, wine bars and pubs close by.
