Nanscawen Manor House is a delightful country house set in an idyllic location. Only 2 Miles from The Eden Project. It stands in 5 acres of grounds & gardens with lovely views Southward over a valley.

There are three luxury en-suite rooms all bathrooms have spa baths and showers. The elegantly furnished drawing room leads into the conservatory, Where breakfast is enjoyed.

The Rashleigh Suite from £61 to £122 for two b and b per night.

This is an extra large en-suite bedroom, with views of
the garden to the South, West & East. This bedroom has
a English Oak carved and inlayed four poster bed with
a hand made Irish 6'x 6'mattress. The Rashleigh also
has a plasma TV and dvd player. The bathroom has a separate shower,
bidet and Long spa bath.


The Prideaux Suite from £49 to £98 for two b and b per night.

This is a luxury en-suite bedroom, in the South wing of the house
and has a four poster bed, with views of the garden to the South.
The bathroom has separate shower and spa bath.


The Treffry suite from £49 to £98 for two b and b per night.

An elegant en-suite bedroom which a six foot double
bed, (can be two single beds) with views of garden to
the South & West. The bathroom has shower over a
long spa bath.

Gardens and Swimming Pool.
You are welcome to enjoy the peaceful, tranquil beauty of the gardens. The large outdoor swimming pool is heated and has wonderful views to the South over unspoilt country side. This is available from Mid May through to Mid September. Our guests may luxuriate in the hot spa tub, which is beside the pool and is heated to 97f, this is available in the summer months.

to the Eden Project, follow Prideaux Road up
the hill for 3/4 mile, Miss the turning right
sign posted to the Luxulyan Valley proper,
we are 250 yards further on the right.
