Large livingroom with big windows, nice kitchen, and large bedrooms. We are only 2 minutes away from the beach and Cabot beach park. No neighbours.

This newly constructed cottage has all the conveniences of home. Not just endless water to look at, but farm fields as well. Take a stroll on the beautiful clay roads, beachcomb along the shore, see sunsets to die for!

Just 2 minutes to Cabot Park with it's famous sandy beach, it's fishing harbour and licensed Seafood Restaurant. Enjoy the miles of walking trails and the wide open view of Malpeque Bay and the ocean.

Malpeque Bay is one of 36 sites in Canada, designated as Wetlands of International Importance (Ramsar Sites). It is a nesting site for the globally threatened wader, the "Piping Plover".
