Friendly, relaxed feel - free to come and go. Good breakfast although would have liked a sausage...! No visible views of the sea - only through woodland walk, but beautiful and quiet surroundings nevertheless.

Clean, tidy, a little "dated", but pleasant and welcoming and a decent breakfast; a cheap mattress let things down a bit.
