The hotel is close to Glasgow Airport and it's a good stopover on your way to or from the Highlands & Islands. Our Restaurant is well known for it's selective menus, fine dining, and it's relaxed and informal atmosphere.

We now offer early evening dining (5pm-6.30pm) tuesday to friday, midweek menu tuesday to thursday and A'la carte friday and saturday. Lindores Manor Hotel is a B-listed Victorian villa, set in its own landscaped grounds in the West End conservation area of Greenock. Grand as the facade is, you'll be even more impressed when you step inside.

Lindores Manor was designed and built by the Lyle family, half of the famous Tate & Lyle sugar refiners who were among the most successful entrepreneurs in Greenock's industrial heyday. They certainly spared no expense when they built this sandstone mansion, but don't worry! Since 1994, the Hotel has been completely upgraded with modern facilities so you can enjoy all this Victorian splendour without giving up your modern comforts.

Lindores Manor has ten bedrooms, each freshly decorated and fitted out for your comfort and convenience. Of course, as is always the case in unique houses, no two rooms at Lindores Manor are exactly alike. In bringing ours up to the standard of quality and luxury you expect, we have been careful to enhance their individual charms instead of hiding them.
