Unit 2 - 2nd floor:
3 bedrooms, 1 den. There is a queen-size bed in each bedroom, a full futon bed in the den, a living room, dining room, and 1 bathroom. Max occupancy 7 - 8.
Unit 3 - Lower Floor:
2 bedrooms with a queen-size bed in each bedroom, a living room which has a comfortable full size pull-out couch, dining room, and 1 bathroom. Max occupancy 4 - 6.

Nightly: $149 - $299/night for busy season
Weekly: $795/week from Dec - Feb (not including XMas or New Years week)
Minimum 2 - 3 Night Stay Required, 3 nights specially for long weekends.
All charges depend upon the number of people in a party
