Situated in central Ulverston and 15 minutes drive from Lake Windermere & Coniston. A warm friendly atmosphere with spacious rooms and an eclectic mix of antiques, oriental rugs and real fires. You will be treated to a delicious breakfast, either traditional or vegetarian and because we love cooking we hold themed evenings monthly.
You will find a warm, homely and relaxed atmosphere. Our furnishings are an eclectic mix of antiques, oriental rugs, real fires and spacious rooms. We have two doubles and one family letting bedroom – two with spacious en suite bathrooms and one with a separate but private bathroom - all available for single occupancy. All are comfortably decorated with antique quilts and rugs. Two rooms overlook the pretty private garden at the back of the house.
Our elegant dining room is where you will be treated to a delicious breakfast, either traditional or vegetarian - organic ingredients wherever possible - and because we love cooking and entertaining, we hold themed evening meals monthly. We are also happy to cater for house parties and vegetarian is our speciality. Although we don’t cook every evening, there are many pubs and restaurants just minutes away for your evening meal.
