Located on the southeastern flank of Grand Mesa nestled in the Colorado Rocky Mountains and high desert. The temperate valleys and mesas that define this unique part of Colorado are rich in fruit orchards; produce farms, cattle ranches, vineyards, rivers and streams.
The 47 acres on which the Inn sits has a Vineyard, creek, dry arroyos, native grass pastures, sagebrush, as well as Pinion, Juniper and Cottonwood Trees, all of which serve as habitat for deer; elk, turkey, pheasant, eagles and many small birds and mammals.
