North Oxfordshires premier award winning French Dining venue. Established in 1991 and family owned/run by chef/patron Chris Morgan and his wife Barbara. Close proximity to Oxford, Stratford-upon-Avon, Blenheim Palace, Silverstone race circuit and the gateway to the Cotswolds.
Currently holding the Cherwell Platinum Award for food and ambiance, the restaurant is now as busy as ever with a steady stream of new customers and of course the regular following of discerning diners.
The menus feature a varied arrangement of traditional and modern French Cuisine, along with the chefs interpretation of country cooking at its finest.
The emphasis is on the finest of carefully selected fresh produce, including a wide selection of seafood, game dishes, vegetarian compilations and quality meats, prepared using traditional methods of cookery and complimented with refined sauces and presentation.
The bar offers a superb wine cellar and traditional beers and liqueurs whilst the three dining rooms offer a private facility for up to 12 persons and a larger dining room with the capacity to seat up to 36 persons. Either room offering a day-time conference/meeting facility with individual styling to suit the occasion. Wedding receptions/Evening parties/Celebrations are equally welcome, something we regard as our speciality.
