Description:
Delightful bed and breakfast inn located on Kamloops Lake, half an hour from the city of Kamloops. Choose from lake view rooms with a queen bed and balcony or larger kitchen suites. All rooms have ensuite bathrooms, private entrances, TV, bar fridge. Private beach, fragrant gardens, shaded lawns.
Individually decorated, all nine rooms and suites have a private entrance, private ensuite bathroom, colour cable TV, telephone with data port, clock radio, coffee maker, complimentary coffee and tea, and luxurious amenities.
While all rooms are non-smoking, smoking is allowed outdoors on your balcony or patio. Lakeside Country Inn is a triple diamond CAA/AAA approved accommodation and was recommended in Country magazine and Hidden British Columbia.

I selected the Lakeside Country Inn because reviews I had read about hotels/motels in Kamloops were not very good. The Lakeside Inn is in Savona on a beautiful lake. We arrived at about 9:30 pm and Margaret greeted us very warmly. Since it was so late she upgraded us to a lakeview room which was very nice because the view in the morning was beautiful. The accomodations were very comfortable and clean. We had breakfast the next morning in their atrium dining area and had a chance to talk with Margaret about our ongoing travel to the Canadian Rockies. If we travel this way again, we would not hesitate to stay at the Lakeside again and recommend it to other travellers.

Beautiful property with lovely gardens and lake waterfront. Rooms immaculate and attractive, fairly compact. Breakfast in the conservatory, charming hosts, good cold food, only fault was canned fruit not fresh. Recomended.

I have stayed at Lakeside Country Inn just for one night, unfortunately. I think the place is really nice, very clean and I really hope I will go back sometime for a few days.
