The Kingsview Guest House is in the very heart of Edinburgh's beautiful historic city centre We are members of the Scottish Tourist board and the Edinburgh Tourist Board. We have been awarded 2 stars and having completely refurbished and redecorated the entire Guesthouse we now boast all Guest bedrooms are en-suite and are well on our way to our third star. The Kingsview Guest House has been owned by the same family since 1988.We have a wealth of local knowledge and experience that we are more than happy to share. We ensure our best attention at all times.
The Kingsview Guest House offers real value for money. Our prices are seasonally adjusted from £ 20 GBP. to £ 40 GBP per person per night, children under 12 years are at a reduced rate when sharing with two adults (outwit festivals.) Children under 2 years are absolutely FREE. All prices quoted include a smashing full cooked Scottish breakfast and vat.
