Description:
Due to its very special location on Whitby's West Cliff, every letting room in the Khyber Mount Guest House enjoys fantastic views of the sea, river and old town, looking towards the Abbey. Guests are only minutes away from the long sandy west beach stretching two miles north toward Sandsend, from all shops and amenities and many pubs and restaurants, not to mention the easy access to the glorious North Yorkshire moors and the wonderful coastline down to Robin Hood's Bay and up to Runswick Bay.
Breakfast is served between 8.20 and 9.00 a.m. in the dining room. Guests are invited to start with fruit juice and cereal, followed by a cooked breakfast of best bacon, fried egg, mushrooms, tomato and beans followed by toast and marmalade or jam. Vegetarians are particularly welcome and their dietary requirements are willingly catered for, with vegetarian sausages and hash brownies on offer. Tea and coffee are also served.
