Our friendly, family run hotel is in the centre of Lauterbrunnen, only a 5 minute walk from the train station, not far from the famous "Staubbach" waterfall. Free parking. Lauterbrunnen itself is situated in one of the most awe-inspiring settings in the world. Ideal for summer and winter vacations. Ideal starting point for excursions to the Jungfraujoch and Schilthorn.
All 24 rooms have private facilities and most have a balcony with great views to the surrounding mountains or the Staubbach waterfall. Non-smoking hotel.
By car, Interlaken you will reach on the N6 from Bern. Exit Wilderswil and follow the signs to Lauterbrunnen (15 km). The Hotel Oberland is situated in the centre of the village and offers plenty of parking.
By train, Interlaken Ost is a destination for ICE, EC and IC trains. Lauterbrunnen and Interlaken Ost are connected at least once every hour by the trains of the BOB (Berner Oberland Bahnen).
By plane, Switzerland has 3 international Airports, Zurich, Geneva and Basel which are connected to the Swiss Railway system (SBB). Also the smaller airport Berne has easy access to Lauterbrunnen.

very good hotel. sumptuous breakfast. The parking place is a rare commodity in town.
All the people in the hotel has been very attentive to us and very kind.

We had a beautiful view from our room. The room and bathroom were very clean. The only negative comment I have is that the bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.

overnight with 2 grandsons on way to skiing in Murren, Very friendly and helpful, excellent service and cuisine. Will definitely come again if needing to stop off in Lauterbrunnen.
