Fantastic Place. The hosts, Gillian and George Eterli (she is English- he is French) are helpful and friendly. The amenities are 3 star quality - Laundry room, scale, internet, etc. The food is excellent, and prepared by George, who is a great chef. Rates are reasonable and I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

This is a very friendly hotel and the pricing for rooms and half board is extremely reasonable for the location. The hotel is conveniently situated nr bus, boat and train terminuses and town centre. The rooms are adequate and clean, and the evening food of 4 courses was found to be very good. Staff are extremely helpful and exceptionally friendly, and there is a good atmosphere in hotel. Overall it represents exceptional value for money.

The hotel was in a great spot, 5 minute walk from the West station and in a quiet street. It is generally well maintained and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good, scrambled eggs, buns, bread, jams, cheese, meats, yoghurt, fruit and muesli. You can have dinner there every night, but we didn't. All in all, it was a good place to stay for the money charged.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely hotel in a quiet area only minutes from the station and main street. Gillian & George & all the staff in the restaurant looked after us extremely well. The food was very good and the interior of this little gem is really homely & very comfortable. Rooms are comfortable. You cannot fail to enjoy the ambiance of this hotel. Loved it!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Not in any way "grand" but the simple standard of accommodation was delightful and the staff attentive to our needs.

we stayed for 2 nights in this lovely hotel, very good location- close to train station-which we walked from-but still in a quiet residential area. great room w/ little balcony- good pillows, tiny but clean bath. the hotel is very nicely decorated. I felt like I was in a lovely private home with Oriental rugs, interesting pictures and local things. the owners were very nice and accomodating. breakfast was ligth, but good. would defenitely stay there again or recommend it to friends.
