Beim Schupi is the comfortable and cosy hotel*** in black forest style with very friendly and familiar atmosphere for business and private travellers. You will feel the hospitable atmosphere as soon as you step in.

The beautiful old building has a long tradition in Karlsruhe and is well known for the badenian restaurant with homemade fresh cuisine, the big beer garden in summer with lots of old trees and the activities in the house such as our famous theatre "Badisch Bühn" with performances at the week-ends. The opening times of the restaurant are in winter from Monday to Saturday from 17.00 and daily in summer.

All our rooms are equipped with shower/WC, hair dryer, cosmetic mirror, cable-TV, radio, telephone and internet access by W-LAN. Our delicious breakfast buffet will give you the perfect start for the day. The soft drinks supplied in your rooms are free. We also offer an internet terminal to our guests free of charge. There also is a big free parking in front of our hotel.

We are situated close to the Messe Karlsruhe, not far from the centre of town, easy to reach from the motorway as well as by public transport. A lot of green and a little brook nearby invite for a walk to relax after work.

Since 1.1.2009 the center of Karlsruhe is a low emission zone and requires for entering a sticker. Your advantage: We are situated outside this zone. Having a look at www.schupi.de we provide you with the information in case you will need a sticker anyway.



By car:
Coming from the motorway A5 or A8 take exit Karlsruhe-Mitte and drive direction Landau/Karlsruhe-Rheinhafen. Then take exit Nr. 6 "Grünwinkel". Turn left at the traffic lights direction Grünwinkel, the second street right into the Durmersheimer Straße. Our hotel is 200m ahead on the left side.



By train:
If you come by train you may take bus Nr. 62 in front of the main railway station. The bus will take you directly to bus stop "Blohnstraße" in front of our hotel.
