Ideally situated in the heart of the Scottish Borders, Selkirk is one of the borders oldest towns and lies on the A7 and close to the A68, two of the main trunk roads linking Scotland with England.
A good base from which to take advantage of the areas many amenities. The main link with a turbulent past is the common riding which is held in June when up to 500 horsemen are saddled by daybreak to ride the marches to re-enact the story of Flodden.
