We generally cater for Stag and Hen or Group bookings and our aim is to offer you clean, comfortable accommodation at a very reasonable price.
We're situated in the Central area of Blackpool, just 100yds from the Prom and only two streets south of Central Pier (that's the one with the Ferris Wheel). All Bars, Pubs and Clubs are also within easy walking distance.
We can accommodate up to 36 guests, and all bedrooms have been re-furbished to provide you with well-appointed accommodation and high standards of cleanliness, and include: Full Central Heating, Wash Basins, Colour TV, Tea & Coffee making facilities and towels are also provided. Most rooms are standard but some en-suite rooms are available.
The Licensed Bar is well stocked with a varied range of chilled bottled beers, alcopops, cider, wines, etc, and a large range of spirits for your refreshment and enjoyment, and all at very reasonable prices. The Bar is normally open until midnight…. unless otherwise agreed!!!?
2008 - Prices/Tariff
to 16th Mar 2008 (low season)
Price is only £15 per person per night on a 'Room Only' basis.
So, that's a total of just £30 per person for the weekend or just £15 for a 1 nt stay!
March 23rd (Easter) to 1st Nov 2008 (high season)
Prices are just £20 per person per night (generally min 2 night stay in high season) on a 'Room Only' basis. (There are plenty of Cafes within a stones throw [literally!] and you can then get up for breakfast if or when you please!).
So, that's a total of just £40 per person for the weekend!!!
'Check In' is from 12 noon (unless otherwise arranged), and we'd be grateful if you could inform us of your estimated time of arrival.
'Check Out' is required between 9am and 11am on day of departure (unless otherwise arranged).
Each person gets their own set of keys, which include a front door key and individual room key, allowing access to the hotel at all times.
Well behaved STAG and HEN Parties accepted (Bonds required)
A £20 Bond is required for each person, this is a "Party" bond (Group Bookings) and will be refunded in full on day of departure after all keys are handed back and a satisfactory check of all the rooms.
Deposits
Please confirm your booking with a Deposit of £10 per person (non-refundable). Cheques should be made payable to "Hawthorn House".
We also accept credit/debit card payment, and if you wish to use this facility, please phone through your details.... Credit Cards incur a surcharge of 3% but Debit Cards are surcharge free.

Directions:
When coming in on the M55 stay in the middle lane of the motorway and carry on following signs to 'Main Car Parks' this takes you along Yeadon Way. Keep going straight on at the roundabouts and it brings you out near the football ground (Bloomfield Road) come off at the roundabout which says 'Rigby Rd Exit' then follow the map on our website or the google map shown here. We're near to 'Foxhall Pub' and adjacent to Sea Front. If you get lost - get back onto the promenade, and if travelling North along the Prom (sea will be on left), take the second Right after the Foxhall pub. If travelling South... go past Central Pier (the one with Ferris Wheel) and take your second left just before the Pelican crossing.
There is a limited amount of 'on street' parking available and there are also 'Pay & Display' and 'Secure' Car Parks very close by.
