Relax in the living room, a gathering place where visitors become friends. All of our rooms have cable TV, telephone, a refrigerator, private bathroom and air conditioning throughout. All rooms, except the Vista Grande Villas, include full use of the pool, beach, use of the Wireless Internet throughout the property, and of course a wonderful Full Sit down breakfast in the Main dining room or outside by the pool.
We have four houses & Two Bungalows to choose from. Each unit or suite has a different charm between Harrington House - Main Inn, the Carriage House, the Dodt Beach House, the Huth Beach House (that is located about 3-4 minutes up the beach). In addition, our NEW Bungalows are located directly across the street from Harrington House Main Inn.
The Harrington House Beachfront Bed & Breakfast features, four unique homes all decorated with the same intimate charm! The Main Inn is where breakfast is savored and friends gather in front of the fireplace. Located a step away is the Carriage House, a 1940 restored home with Gulf front rooms. The Huth House is a short stroll away and features four newly restored rooms, all with fireplaces and most with Jacuzzi tubs and direct gulf views. The Dodt House is next door to the Main Inn and is perfect for longer stays having one, two or three bedroom suites. Whatever you’re looking for – we have it!
In the morning, relax and enjoy a full island breakfast, freshly prepared by our Chef and from our collection of outstanding recipes. Just step outside the Inn and walk miles of white sand beaches, take a moonlit stroll, kayak with dolphins, tour the island by bicycle, swim in the Gulf or in our heated pool, or simply bask in the sun, year-round.
There are also many attractions in nearby Sarasota and Bradenton, including the Ringling Museum of Art, Selby Botanical Gardens, the Bishop Planetarium, exclusive shopping at St Armand's Circle, and fine dining on Longboat Key.
