A warm, friendly welcome waits on this 165 acre working family livestock farm. The Granary and Loft offer quality accommodation. Set on the edge of the Staffordshire Moorlands, close to the Cheshire and Derbyshire borders, in an area famous for its Well dressings, walks, antique shops and beautiful scenery. Near Alton Towers, Manchester Airport, Jodrell Bank, Market Towns of Leek, Macclesfield, Buxton, Congleton and the Stoke-on-Trent Potteries. Many Stately Homes, Fishing, Bird watching, Boating, Golf, Shooting, Riding, Cycling, Kennels and Cattery are nearby.

Set in the scenic Staffordshire Moorlands, Heaton House Farm is situated between Leek and Macclesfield, just off the A523 at Rushton Spencer. We have a dairy herd of 100 milking Cows, a small herd of Pedigree Belgian Blue Beef cattle, a small flock of sheep and some Free Range Hens which lay eggs for our B&B guests. As far as pets go, there is Donna our Shire Horse along with Ben and Floss our working collie dogs, Jack our Jack Russell and a few cats.

Two Quality Bed & Breakfast units have recently been created in the “Old Granary”. Both rooms can be accessed from the Granary Steps. Furnished and decorated to a high standard they have their own entrance from the courtyard, so guests may come and go at their leisure.

The Granary
The “Granary” is a double en-suite room with a King Size Bed, fridge, central heating, TV, tea & coffee making facilities and many more extras.

The Loft
The “Loft” is a much bigger room with views over Three Counties. It has a larger en-suite, a bigger TV, central heating, tea & coffee making facilities and even its own kitchen.
