Glyntwrog House is a charming Victorian property, built in 1885 and set in five and a half acres on a wooded hillside overlooking the Waterloo Bridge and the beautiful Conwy Valley.
Our comfortable bed & breakfast accommodation provides guests with a peaceful, secluded haven but is, nevertheless, within easy walking distance of the extremely popular village of Betws-y-coed with its variety of shops, pubs, restaurants etc.

You can always be assured of a warm welcome and an exceptional quality of service from your hosts, Janet and Ian Poole. The comfortable surroundings and stunning views of the magnificent Conwy Valley make Glyntwrog House a special place to stay in Snowdonia.

Directions:

By car
Entrance to the drive is on the A5, 400 yards south of the Waterloo Bridge and Betws-y-Coed Village.

By train
Railway Station is in the village and is connected to the main line service, approximately 5 hours from London. We will collect guests from the station.

By air
Closest International Airports are at Manchester and Liverpool, both less than 2 hours away.

Betws-y-coed is an excellent centre for walking with many local forest walks and mountain biking.

There are many attractions within easy reach of Betws-y-coed from the castles of Conwy,
Caernarfon, Harlech & Beaumaris to the steam railways of Snowdon and Ffestiniog. The world famous Portmeirion and Bodnant Gardens are also close by. The stunning scenery of the Snowdonia National Park is on our doorstep.
