Minehead is the seaward gateway to the Exmoor National Park,an unrivaled landscape of extraordinary natural beauty and dramatic coastal scenery.It is a marvellous area for walking,riding,fishing or simply relaxing and exploring.
The Hotel is only a short level walk from the shops,pleasure gardens and seafront with its beach and family entertainment centres.
Riding,Golf,Swimming,Tennis,Squash,Bowls or Cricket are all close at hand,or why not take a relaxing ride on the West Somerset Steam Railway to Bishops Lydeard.
Exmoor,The Quantocks and Brendon Hills are all within a short drive and are rich in wildlife with occasional glimpses of the famous Red Deer or Exmoor ponies possible.

The Hotel was fine from a cleanliness point of view, food was also quite good, however, the rooms had paper thin walls thus enabling conversations and other noises from the adjoining rooms. We had a snorer next door who sounded like a sawmill! This was the big let down for us.
