Bernice and Steve Roe welcome you to the historic City of York and to their Bed and Breakfast. A Victorian residence within walking distance of the City centre.
The Four Seasons is a family run bed & breakfast offering high quality accommodation and modern facilities, tastefully retained within fine original surroundings.
The house, formally masters' accommodation for St Peters school is ideally situated, with lovely gardens and set back from the road, in a peaceful tree-lined cul-de-sac.
Assessed by the English Tourism Bureau we have a 5 start rating and a silver award. We also feature in the editors top 20 of the 'which' Good Bed & Breakfast Guide. For all guests comfort we are totally non smoking throughout.
Six beautifully appointed and tastefully furnished rooms. All have en-suite bathrooms, with showers. Each room fully equipped with digital TV, hospitality tray, hairdryer, clock radio and lots of thoughtful touches to help make your stay enjoyable
There are three superior rooms which overlook the gardens to the front, these are extra spacious with king size beds, one room is on the ground floor. One of the first floor superior rooms also has a single bed, so it can be used as a twin room, or for a family with one child. The remaining rooms are all double with en-suite bathrooms.
