Description:
Beautiful sorroundings, healthy living and a relaxing atmosphere
at the gateway to the finger lakes region of new york state. Brookton hollow farm is a 35-acre farm just minutes from cornell university. Ithaca college and downtown ithaca.
On the farm, you can walk to the pong or along six-mile creek with the oppertunity to view wildlife or some of the many kinds of birds in our area. You can also relax on the deck or hammock, inspect our solar-electric system, watch the work horse at work and enjoy a beautiful sunset.
Brookton hollow farm lies in a quiet vally just ourside of ithaca, new york, since moving to the farm corn and hay. Currently we grow organic beans and grains and have our own bean processing facility and flour mill. We produce dry beans, whole grains.
Flours, and related products for the local market. While raising u-pick berries, we met many diverse and wonderful people. Our interest in continuing to meet such people was a major part of our decision to open a bed and breakfast.
All rooms have air conditioning, ceiling fans, and queen-size beds with down pillows cozy comforters and soft cotton shets. Wireless high-speed internet access is available throughout the house and a computer available to all guests is located in a public space.
