Description:
East Burton House, set in an acre of gardens, was originally a farmhouse in Wareham. The old kitchen can still be seen, including cast iron range and bread oven. The front of East Burton House is Victorian - the pattern and colours of the tiles in the hall tell us this.
Lots of the original features still remain - fireplaces, window shutters and even the maid's bell in the dining room! Since moving there in 1990 a lot of hard work was undertaken to restore some of the original character to East Burton House (near Wareham) and to provide a comfortable and relaxing environment.
The three guest rooms (two double, one twin) contained comfortable antique brass beds, handbasins, tea and coffee making facilities and were decorated to a high standard.Whether you were here on business or pleasure, we hope you enjoyed your stay.
A myriad of sports facilities to suit every taste including golf, diving, sailing, swimming, bird watching, horse riding, windsurfing, boating, quadbiking, gliding, handgliding, llama trekking, waterparks and right at the heart of the best walking, rambling and cycling routes.
