Easedale lodge is a charming, artisan guesthouse built in traditional Lakeland stone. We are situated in a quiet location in Ambleside, heart of the Lake District, a fabulous area of outstanding beauty. We have 7 double bedrooms, 5 en suite, and 2 with private facilities.. For your comfort, we provide hairdryer, kettle, radio-alarm, TV hospitality tray, and many extras.
We have our own private car park, with spaces for every room, and if necessary an ironing board. Enjoy a leisurely breakfast in the comfortable dining room, cooked freshly, using only the finest local produce. You can have a hearty Cumbrian breakfast, or vegetarian option, and if you let us know in advance of any dietary needs, we are only too happy to oblige.
Easedale Lodge has a comfortable residents lounge, and throughout the house we are exclusively non-smoking. Ambleside has many good quality restaurants, cinemas, pubs, cafes and shops, all within minutes walk, and Lake Windermere is only10 minutes walk away. So when you feel like escaping, Easedale Lodge can offer you a friendly, homely, informal atmosphere, a warm comfortable retreat, with stunning views to parkland and the fells beyond.
