Dunallan Guest House is privately owned and located right at the heart of Scotland only a few minutes walk from Perth City Centre.
Sitting on the banks of the Tay – Perth offers excellent tourist attractions such as Scone Palace, Perth Race course, Museums, Art Galleries, Castles and Gardens, with a host of Golf courses in the vicinity.
This semi detached Victorian Villa (built around 1898) which has high ceilings, original coving and is decorated to a high standard (to the style of the house) offers luxurious accommodation at a very affordable price. The accommodation comprises of 3 single and 4 double/twin rooms.
All our rooms are en-suite and superbly appointed including colour televisions, clock/radio alarms, tea and coffee making facilities.
There is also a spacious residents lounge with a television, radio, books & magazines for your comfort and enjoyment with a leather sofa and chair and elegant classical furnishings.
Accommodation prices include full Scottish breakfast made from local fayre.
Breakfast 7.30am – 9am, earlier by arrangement, packed lunch available by arrangement.

We have off road parking and offer a local pick up service from the train & bus station.
By Car
From the South
Take M90 from Forth Road Bridge exiting at the Dundee spur road (junction 10). Exit spur road after crossing the bridge over the River Tay (junction 11), following signs for Perth (A93). Stay on A93, passing through two sets of light and keeping the River Tay to your left. At the third set of lights, bear right onto the A94 (signposted for Coupar Angus). Dunallan is situated approximately 200 yards on the left.
From the South West (Stirling)
Take the M9 (then A9) from Stirling until you reach a large roundabout on Perth city outskirts. Avoid ‘Perth Centre’, but join the M90 (Edinburgh/Dundee). Exit the M90 at junction 10, joining the Dundee spur road, Exit spur road after crossing the bridge over the River Tay (junction 11), following signs for Perth (A93). Stay on A93, passing through two sets of lights and keeping the River Tay to your left. At the third set of lights, bear right onto the A94 (signposted for Coupar Angus). Dunallan is situated approximately 200 yards on the left.
From the North (Pitlochry/Inverness)
Take the A9 until you reach the large roundabout at the end of the M90. Avoid ‘Perth Centre’, but join the M90 (Edinburgh/Dundee). Exit the M90 at junction 10, joining the Dundee spur road, Exit spur road after crossing the bridge over the River Tay (junction 11), following signs for Perth (A93). Take the A90 until you reach the intersection of junction11, M90. Avoid M90, taking instead the A93 (Perth). Stay on A93 (Perth) passing through two sets of lights and keeping the River Tay to your left. At the third set of lights, bear right onto the A94 (signposted for Coupar Angus). Dunallan is situated approximately 200 yards on the left.
