Welcome to Douglas House, an early 19th century town house of character offering comfortable and stylish en suite accommodation and conveniently situated in the small market town of Castle Douglas. You will find that this is the ideal base from which to explore the undiscovered gems of Dumfries and Galloway and the Solway coast, often referred to as the Scottish Riviera
Our accommodation comprises of 4 bedrooms, all with modern en-suite facilities, two of the double rooms having Kingsize beds and the third having either twin beds or superkingsize bed, and the fourth is a small single on the ground floor. All the rooms are tastefully furnished, with TV/DVD player, beverage tray, hairdryer, clock radio and a selection of up-to-date magazines. The twin/superkingsize room is particularly spacious and is wheelchair friendly, and the large en-suite bathroom has both bath and shower.
