All bedrooms have TV, with the majority boasting ensuite facilities, and the conservatory dining area offers enough space for all guests to dine together, with views over the large garden which leads directly on to the River Thames. Seating is provided with a barbecue to enable guests to take advantage of scenic relaxing views. There is mooring for a boat, or there is local boat hire which `can then be moored privately here.

Coarse fishing can also be enjoyed from this position as well. Located in 8 acres on the banks of the River Thames, the property lies in one of the most pictuesque ares of South Oxfordshire, within the small hamlet of Burcot-on-Thames, close to the historic town of Abingdon. The charming village of Dorchester-on-Thames is less than a mile away, with its own abbey, antique shops and pub/restaurants and there is a fine pub only 200 yards from the property also serving good food.

The gardens of Dinckley Court lead down to the river, and overlook farmland beyond, with the rising hills of Wittenham Clumps as a backdrop. Historic Oxford and Henley on Thames are all within a 20 minute drive, and Windor with its royal castle, and the Georgian heritage city of Bath and the sunning scenbery of the quintessentially English Cotswolds are slightly further afield. London can be accessed within an hour by road or train, and there are various places of interest to discover nearby including Blenheim Palace.
