Description:
Craigbittern House is an ideal base for exploring the delights of this unspoilt part of Scotland. Golf, sailing, fishing, horse-riding, walking, bird-watching, forest trail-biking and many other country pursuits are available nearby along with visits to historic abbeys and castles. This is the homeland of Scottish national poet "Robert Burns" and famous Scottish King "Robert the Bruce". Situated in "Bonnie Galloway", this fine house, built in the "Scottish Baronial" style sits in 2 acres of lovely gardens overlooking the Solway Firth and one of the finest beaches in the area.
The accommodation is beautifully decorated, sympathetically to reflect the late Victorian history of this fine country house. The unique tower room is a popular choice with many returning guests. All bedrooms are equipped with colour televisions and tea and coffee making facilities.
An excellent Scottish breakfast is prepared to order to provide the perfect start to your day.
There is no finer accommodation in the area in which to enjoy a peaceful, scenic holiday. Bill and Anne Sanders very much look forward to welcoming you to their delightful home.
