The ground floor of this property offers a large sitting room with large patio doors with breathtaking loch views, the sitting room is furnished to an extremely high standard, with wool carpeting throughout and large leather sofas and beautiful lighting, the sitting room also has a large feature granite fireplace. The sitting room has as standard a large 28" colour T.V, video, DVD player and mini-hifi. From the sitting room views over Loch Leven are beautiful and forever changing, even on a wet day views from Craigavon House are fantastic, stormy ones even better!
From the moment you arrive a very warm welcome awaits you, tea biscuits and fresh flowers await your arrival. The dining area can accommodate four persons in comfort and it is completely separate from the sitting room.
The kitchen is full fitted out with oak units and is complimented with underlighting and spotlighting on the ceiling. In terms of equipment all crockery and kitchen utensils are provided and are of a very high quality. The kitchen has an electric hob, oven and is fully fitted out with microwave, fridge, freezer, washer, drier etc. We even have a food processor installed for your convenience!
