Description:
Clare House is situated in Swanage old town, only 50m from the high street and 150m from the award winning beach and the pier. We are also only a few minutes away from Durlston Country Park and the cliff top walks along the beautiful World Heritage Site Jurasic coast.
We offer an interesting vegetarian breakfast menu, as well as a traditional cooked breakfast and are happy to cater for special diets, with prior notice.
We are open throughout the year for you to enjoy Clare House and all that Swanage has to offer. Prices £35 pppn from June to end of September, £30 pppn all other times (£40 pppn for Bank Holidays and festival weekends.)
Discount for bookings of one week or more and for some Winter periods.
We have a no smoking policy.

central swanage so noisy on a friday and saturday night after the pubs shut!
