Description:
Upon arriving upstairs you will be in the Mediterranean rooftop suite, which includes a large comfortable living room, an entertainment center, and a fireplace. Glass doors lead out to a 40-foot terrace with a panoramic view of the Golden Gate Bridge, the Bay, and colorful houses nestled in the hillsides of Sausalito and Marin County. And, don't forget the wonderful view of the twisty section of Lombard Street; one of the most dramatic streets in the City!!
Opposite the living room, you will find a newly built kitchen, fully equiped with all of the expected modern conveniences, including a granite topped island with sink, and totally ready for gourmet entertaining .
Downstairs, you find yourself in a Victorian flat. In the back is a master bedroom with hardwood floors, a queen-size bed, a gas fireplace, French doors that open to a balcony furnished with cozy chairs, ensuite vanity and WC, and, (perhaps the most enticing touch), a Victorian claw bathtub with shining brass fixtures in the middle of the room. Sound relaxing?
Towards the front of the flat is another cozy bedroom with a queen size bed and a library.
Overlooking the street and Telegraph Hill is yet another bedroom, making three private bedrooms in all..
