Description:
Welcome to Upper Carnoch Lodge Traditional Scottish B&B , located in a dramatic position at the foot of Glencoe, on the edge of Glencoe Village, with an uninterrupted outlook towards the cliffs of Aonach Dubh and Bidean nam Bian, the highest mountain in Argyll.
Glencoe is renowned for its wild and dramatic scenery as well as the history surrounding the massacre of 1692. The area is also a popular centre for hillwalkers, climbers and skiers. Glencoe Ski Centre is situated nearby and the Nevis Range Ski Centre is within easy driving distance. Sailing can be enjoyed on Loch Leven as well as sea and fresh water fishing.
Upper Carnoch Lodge has one double en-suite room . & one double with private bathroom.A hearty breakfast is provided and vegetarians are welcome. There are several options within the village for evening dining or, if preferred, an evening meal can be arranged with prior notice.
There is ample car parking, a drying area for wet clothing and secure parking for bicycles.Bedrooms are non-smoking and have colour TV, DVD & Wi Fi Broadband, hairdriers and tea/coffee making facilities.
