All suites have individual balconies to enjoy the ocean breezes. Three units are handicapped accessible and one unit is handicapped equipped. In November, 1964, a recently widowed, uneducated Greek immigrant woman came to Cape Cod in pursuit of a small business in which she could engage and keep her family together. After looking at many different properties, she fell in love with an old lodging house situated on Nantucket Sound. Family and friends were astounded that this little Greek woman was so unequivocally definite about her decision to purchase and operate a lodging house; however, she was determined to keep her family together and believed in her heart she could do this, and did.
