Description:
At the Buenos Aires Guest House you are assured of a very warm welcome. Our 4-star awarded Guest House / Bed and Breakfast offers high standards and spacious accommodation. We enjoy making your stay with us as comfortable and pleasant as possible.
We are perfectly situated 1 minutes walk from the recently refurbished De La Warr Pavilion, sea front with picturesque promenade and the town centre with free unlimited parking close by.
Our Guest House was built in Victorian times and has that lovely feel to it. However, due to the age of the property the layout might make access difficult for people with limited mobility. We aim to cater for the needs of all visitors in our home based 5 bedroom guest house. The following statement is a summary of our provision. If you have any specific questions please feel free to call us and we will endeavour to help.
All rooms have a lounge area, wash basin, colour TV, clock radio and full hospitality tray. We offer en-suite and non en-suite rooms and pride ourselves on the level of comfort for our guests. Bexhill-on-Sea is a city for all seasons; whether enjoying the seafront or shopping, it has long been famous for the De La Warr Pavillion. But did you know that in 1901 Bexhill attracted fame and notoriety as the country's first resort to permit mixed sea bathing? And in the early 1900's it was the site of Britains first international motor racing events!
Bexhill-on-Sea is also a perfect centre from which to tour the area - the town of Battle, Rye, Hastings, Eastbourne and Beachy Head all being close by. For the energetic their are plenty of beautiful area's to walk. Bexhill is also blessed with two different golf courses. One at Highwoods and one at Cooden Beach.Sailing, fishing, windsurfing, rowing and water-skiing are all available in Bexhill (mainly in the summer season). So plenty to enjoy for all.

Lovely room, clean and welcoming. Lovely hosts who made us comfortable, loaning us an umbrella for dire weather, champagne cooler for the room and offered a smashing breakfast! Thank you. And we look forward to seeing you again.

Family room accomodates 5 well. We stayed in the room that has the bath and toilet in the hall, which was not too bothersome. The room is in good shape and the entire building has been re-done in 2007. The location is only 150 meters or so from the ocean and a great strand to run on. The breakfast was terrific and the owners are welcoming and friendly. I would definitely stay again!
