Relax and forget the outside world for a moment.
Imagine yourself in a comfortable rocker on a wide front porch sipping cider. The valley below is full of geese and a small family of deer. Spend the day antique hunting or enjoy a romantic picnic at one of the nearby mountain lakes.
Jean loves to help, but hates to be seen! You can thank her for the heavenly breakfast special: Baked Cinnamon Apple French Toast! Hans and Jean Gross, Andrea's parents, opened Bird Haven, right next door, as an extension to The Glenwood House in 1998.
It overlooks the same spectacular valley. This newer home was built in 1955 by the Roy family which also built our Glenwood Farm in 1855. Jean has acquired her own repeat guests who revel in her gardens, fish pond, waterfall, in-ground pool, and her baking!
