All bedrooms have en-suite facilities comprising w/c, shower and washbasin. Full Scottish breakfast is served, while by prior arrangement we can cater for evening meals also.

Set in attractive gardens, this period house has been sympathetically restored. Teddy bears and ducks are to be found throughout, along with many home-made flower baskets. The entrance hall is a welcoming lounge with a wood-burning stove for cooler weather. Binniemyre is a large Victorian mansion with a cosy cottage feel set in its own grounds on the outskirts of Galashiels. The Guest House is set in an one and a half acres of mature gardens beautifully landscaped with Canadian Firs reaching heights of 100 feet, and many secluded seating areas in our well maintained gardens. Ample paring is available off road, and we are only a 10 minute walk from the local shops and amenities of Galashiels.
